Autism ROCKS!

Welcome to the online home of Autism Rocks, the first annual benefit concert for the Autism Family Support Center at Stone Soup Group. Autism Rocks is a fun event taking place in April, which is Autism Awareness Month, featuring local bands and artists, rocking out for a good cause.

COST:
$10 per person, benefits the Autism Family Support Center at Stone Soup Group


The Autism Family Support Center (AFSC) at Stone Soup Group is a nonprofit program that kids and teens with Autism, and their families. The AFSC provides necessary services like parent training, social skills groups for kids and teens, outreach in rural areas, all helping families to get the education, services and assistance they need for their child to have the best possible life.

In the United States, one out of every 100 kids has Autism, and the numbers are rising. With so many children being diagnosed with Autism, there is a huge need to make sure there are enough services for the kids and their families so they can learn crucial skills and live a more normal life. How can you help these kids and teens? Here's the good news: this will be the easiest good deed you do all year long. Just by buying a ticket to Autism Rocks, you will be helping hundreds of families right here in Alaska! 100 percent of the ticket price will go to support the Autism Family Support Center at Stone Soup Group.
